We offer only Home Delivery option. Times and cost for deliveries will vary depending on the
location and amount of purchase.

Monday to Saturday: 9 am - 10 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 5 pm

You can view your orders from us at any time using our website. Simply follow the steps

  • Log in to our website and click on 'my account' at the top of the page.
  • Input your login and password to enter the site.
  • Click on the link ‘Orders’ tab on the left of the page. This will show you your order history. In the order history, select the order you want to track. At the bottom, the order will have a Track Order button. By clicking on this button, you would be able to track the current status of the order.

Your order confirmation email will inform you of the expected lead time for delivery.
Depending upon your location within India and the products ordered, the order will be
delivered as per below Matrix

  • Zone 1 - Within City
  • Zone 2 - within 500kms
  • Zone 3 – Metro Cities
  • Zone 4 – Rest Of India
  • Zone 5 - Northeast part of India

Orders picked to OFD (First attempt to delivery) will be 95% within 4 days for Zone 1,2,3 and
within 6 days for Zone 4


Certain products are not allowed to be shipped by Air due to Govt. of India policy and
hence your order could be shipped by surface transport. We will keep you updated on your
order status by way of regular updates on email and SMS.
